The writing is almost seamless and not much difference to writing with a pen or pencil and paper. The pencil i bought did have some connectivity issues after a week of use. I contacted apple and got a replacement under warranty. I’ve had no issues with my writing, but my wife is left handed and she had some issues writing with it because of the way she grips the pencil. It’s probably worth a test-drive before you buy to make sure you understand if it will work well for you.
