It works great for scrolling through books or them cool drawing apps if you have little kids around. Very cool item and would recommend getting it because it isn’t too expensive for the quality of it!

It's hard to beat the performance of the Pencil on an iPad Pro display. However, both Microsoft and Samsung still have the writing feel advantage. Neither come close to the overall value of the Apple ecosystem (I've spent time with all of them), but you'd think Apple would humble themselves and adopt good ideas like the eraser tip and the softer writing tips offered by their competitors. The best you can do is get one of those screen overlays that offer more friction and eat away at your tips, which is kind of a sad state of affairs.
