This is the tool you are looking for! I've tried 3rd party pens for my iPad and nothing comes close to the Apple Pencil. Save yourself some time and effort and pick up the Apple Pencil. My only gripe is that the Apple Pencil can drain the iPad battery a lot if left attached to the iPad overnight.

GREAT TOOL for Music Edits

When we bought this it was not available at the store I was in. Paid for it there, drove 6 miles to the other BB. Once then when we walked in, it was ready to pick up. Easy peasy. My daughter a Plano Performance Major is truly happy with its capabilities in music editing using the pen.
