The BEst Buy worker showed me the new one but I got the open box one and it just like the new one. The pencil work best, and works fine

Apple Pencil 2 is a must have iPad Pro accessory!

It has a seamless interface with my iPad Pro and really feels like you’re drawing with an actual pencil/pen/marker. My only grip is it needs a grove to attach to. Mine always falls off when I’m holding my iPad but otherwise it’s a dream accessory.
