I love my Apple Pencil, makes taking notes so much more convenient and works better than a stylus ever could for an iPad. Comfortable to use and bonus points it doesn’t require a charger just charges right on top of the iPad.

I’ve had the 1st generation Apple Pencil now for years and it’s been great. The interesting thing is that I didn’t really use the old pencil much because there was never really anywhere to keep it and charging it was a pain. I’ve found myself using this new pencil all the time because it’s right there charged and ready. It also stays synced with the iPad. Apple made all the right changes on this new pencil that I believe were necessary!

I wanted to switch from taking notes in spiral notebooks, to my iPad for college. It does exactly what it's advertised to do, really good battery life, I don't even know how I would be able to use all of it in 1 go. If you are interested in using an iPad to take notes or draw, this is great, just a little pricey for a stylus with the Apple logo on it.

This is so much better than the first gen Pencil. If you have a compatible device and you aren’t using it you’re really doing yourself a disservice (providing that you have need of such a thing in the first place). Being able to charge it by magnetically attaching it to the side was upgrade enough. No more pencil jutting out the bottom of your iPad!

The best Stylus option for recent iPad Pro releases. A HUGE, substantial upgrade over the Apple Pencil 1st generation and I steep recommendation to iPad Pro users looking for a stylus. The AP2 stays fastened to the side of the tablet pretty well when lined up properly. The smart charging is a nice touch as well and cuts down on loose, delicate parts. Price is pretty crazy high but for a seamless user experience like this, it’s worth the Apple Tax if you can swing it. Also, the all-white body/light-gray knib contrasts the screen really well. While ai’d love an all-baby color option, you gotta admit the all white is a clever choice for the pencil easily contrasting the tablet and most cases and being easy to reach for.

If you are a drawer or simply like to use a pen to write instead of typing this is going to work amazing for you at least is very lightweight and easy to place with a magnet at all times with you Pro.

Being that this was a replacement for a first generation Apple Pencil, I was blown away by the change in charging. On the first version, charging was accomplished by plugging the Pencil into the charging port of the iPad Pro. Now, you just lay the Pencil on the base of the tablet to charge. The things I loved about the first pencil are all there for the new release and works flawlessly.

Probably one of the best Apple Pencil I ever used. No off brand could beat this!!!

This Pencil is amazing, I use it a lot and is a really good product also the magnet charging is the best you don’t have to worry anymore to charge the pencil, it is always ready

I never liked taking notes in class till I bought this Apple Pencil. This pencil is so easy to use and I love how it writes. Very flexible to use and it makes drawing and painting easy. I am not a designer but this pencil turned me into one

Must have if you own a iPad , my daughter loves it. Helps her with drawing, learning to write letters & numbers. Helps wit wit filling out things a taking notes in general …

I have had the Apple Pencil 1, HP Spectre, Microsoft Surface Pro, but the Apple Pencil 2 beats all of them by a mile! I love how easy it is to use and the charge is awesome! Best item for a college student who struggles with writing on pencil paper!

Works fantastic with the iPad. I use this to draw and take notes, and sometimes I’ll forget it’s a digital tool and think I’m actually using a pencil or pen. It’s light and responsive, which is great.

I’ve been a huge Apple fan since 7th grade, when the iPod Touch was first released. It may be a little overpriced for what it is, but that’s Apple. Either you stuck it up and get it, digging yourself deeper into the ecosystem, or you don’t. I enjoy drawing for self-entertainment, so it’s just what I need. It’s beyond simple to use, because it’s designed by Apple, for Apple products.

The new generation pencil from Apple is an improvement on the first generation. Magnetized and constantly charging on the pad. It functions more smoothly and no longer has the removable tip, which was constantly being lost, and because it attaches magnetically, it no longer has to be carried separately. Small, but significant improvements.

Love new pencil. I’d bought a generic one first. I thought I was great until I got the real thing. My sole pencil is so versatile. It charges seamlessly and sticks my iPad effortless.

The new Apple Pencil is a huge upgrade over the first generation. It is much more balanced in my hand and the ability to tap the pencil and change between writing and erasing is very convenient. Due to its lighter weight and smaller size than the previous generation, writing feels much more natural. I do not have small hands (unlike some executives). The main downside is that it is not backwards compatible with older iPad pros.

For this 2nd generation they understood what was not that great on the 1st one and improved over that. With the previous version I didn't know where to put it and it was always discharge because charging it was very annoying. In this case, they did it better, even the weight, size and overall feeling is much better. most important, you can attach it to your iPad so it is more difficult to loos it and it will even charge.

Works great both for art related projects or just for navigating the iPad screen with out leaving finger prints, if that is what you want. Very easy to use and quick charging. I think this apple pencil is quite worth it, especially if you catch a sale.
