Good for drawing, not really for everything else
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive! But if you have an iPad cable of using it, it may be worth it! This def works well for taking notes and Apple's new feature where it recognizes your handwriting and turns it into text is neat to have. Also, if you draw on Procreate, this is probably the tool you will use. On the other hand, if you don't do these tasks often, I would not recommend you purchasing it. If you're in need of a mouse for your iPad, I would suggest the Apple Mouse 2, as it recognizes both vertical and horizontal swipe gentures, which help more when you're doing video or photo editing on the iPad on a stand. I suppose if you're hand holding the iPad, the pencil will help but at that point your fingers will work just as well. Lastly, if you don't use the pencil much, the battery does drain slightly and will require charging before use, but it only takes a few minutes to charge to for good working amount of power. Again, if you draw, get the Apple Pencil 2, if you do more administrative duties, get the Apple Mouse 2.

Awesome pencil!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Pencil 2nd generation is amazing! It writes like a ballpoint pen on notebook paper. It has a double tap feature that allows you to switch between the writing and erasing features of the Pencil. It charges very quickly, by way of magnet, placed on the side of the iPad Pro. It’s a little expensive at $129, but it’s worth it.

Apple - Pencil
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first purchase of an Apple - Pencil. I didn't understand at first why this pencil is so expensive but I see all that you can do with it. Still a little pricey but worth it.

Extremely responsive
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost like I'm drawing with an actually pencil. Extremely quick to respond. The double tap on the flat side is a very nice feature to have and it keeps charge for a while. I only wish there were more colors. Love the wireless charging

Great add on for an iPad!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this pen. Great feel, very responsive, and the fact that its magnetic & charges while attached to the iPad is genius. I've seen people use the pen for general use which is a little buggy for me but drawing wise it's perfect.

works perfect
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.works perfectly but, tapping noise can be annoying.. nothing good silicone nibs can’t fix, which makes pen still work perfectly for all tasks other than fine writing. no lagging, connects fine and charge lasts quite a while given i use it a fewwww hours a day and rarely charge it other than here and there when i get up to go do something.

Worth the extra money
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. The weight and accuracy of the pen is unmatched. The “smart” charging is nice as well so you don’t have to replace batteries or plug it in.

Apple Pen
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife so she can use it with her iPad Pro I bought her for Christmas. She enjoys it and it's very easy to use. It magnetically sticks to the side of the iPad and it she enjoys using it to maneuver around with games and apps. Even though its not needed to use the iPad, it's a nice tool to compliment it.

Best price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy offers the best price for the Apple Pencil (2nd gen) and has frequent sales on it. This is my second pencil (purchasing it as a gift) and again, Best Buy had the best deal on it! If you're someone who plans to use their iPad to take notes and draw the Apple Pencil is a must!

Even my dog loved it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First pencil I ever had was when I initially purchased my iPad. On the second day of having the pencil it fell from my iPad case. I had taken my eyes off of it for about 15 seconds. When I finally realized the pencil wasn’t in sight I frantically began to look around for it in bed. Once I located the pencil it was missing 15% of the tip and the cute lavender silicone case with ears I had just put on it. Jokes on me that case was supposed to protect it. Guess I didn’t read the fine print that the silicone Apple Pencil case doesn’t protect against dog theft and vandalization. Of course me being me had to purchase another pencil again from Best Buy. I also trained my dog to not take the Apple Pencil ever again.

Great reactive time and feels like a genuine pen t
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works so well, especially if you like to write on paper I recommend getting the paper felt matte screen protector. Only drawback for that is you’ll need to buy more pencil tips.

Much more functional than the first generation
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much more functional than the first generation It’s worth the price if you use your iPad Pro to replace a laptop. I use my iPad to manage my business, it’s with me well over 12 hours a day, Basically from when I wake up to when I go to sleep Easier to fill out PDF documents such as forms and the double tap feature where you can switch between a pen and an eraser is good Drawback is that the software needs to be able to utilize it better, But we’ll see what happens with iPadOS 14 Bottom line: the price is steep, But if your iPad Pro is an essential part of your day, this is a must have

Must-have accessory for students, writers, artists
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the 2nd gen Apple Pencil. Very easy to attach to the side of the iPad, and the battery life is excellent. The double tap feature to switch between pencil and eraser is also great, however sometimes it can be quite sensitive, and switch over to eraser mode when you don’t mean to.

A great tool for artists.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own an original Apple Pencil for my old iPad Pro. This one us superior in many ways. Being able to charge via a magnetic hold on the side of the iPad is a game changer. I alway felt like I would lose the cap to my old Pencil. I no longer am worried about that. This feels great in my hand. Drawing on the iPad is so much fun.

Awesome Addition!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an awesome addition I've gotten for my Ipad. I've recently gotten into doing graphic designing and drawing and this works really well with many applications. It charges pretty quickly too. If you do have a case on your Ipad you will most likely have to take it off for the pencil to charge but otherwise, I am enjoying it thus far.
