    Purchased for new iPad pro for daughter but she actually prefers a passive unit. Tried it a couple of times and could sense the improvement over first gen. Magnet to the case is strong.

    The new pencil is awesome and is better than the first gen in aspects such as comfort, less slippery and the touch function to switch from eraser to pen or whatever. The best for me is the magnetic charge, it was a pain having to connect through the lightning port. I gave 4 stars because the 1st gen pen was included with older iPads, I am pretty sure they could have done that again.
