This refurbished phone with zoom out where you have to reset the phone. It was a waste of money.

After 2 1/2 week the cell start having some trouble. People don’t hear me when they call me. I went to Best Buy they told me the iPhone has problems with the speakers. Unfortunately they can’t open the cell to fix it. This is the first time I brought a refurbished and I very disappointed.

This phone is crack on one side I pay $476 only think I am troubling out side of usa I really need Emergency so I can not Return this don’t buy this one

So stupid i did knew in Best Buy has sale phone second hand... just missing orders without reading i lost 135$ today

Both phones came in heavily scratched!! Beyond good condition very poor, ton of scratches, should not have been re sold in this condition. Now i cant get a refund, thought it was 30 days not 15. Not happy

Phone looked great! But I ordered the wrong one. I needed an iPhone 13 not an 11. My return was quick and easy

I got the iPhone one month later because I was out and tried to set up and it is not working, it is not possible to set it up, not even get started… what should I do?

This is a outstanding phone. It comes at an afforable stance used. It has a great display and camera. The battery life is decent for the date this phone was made, 2019. The A13 Bionic inside is surging with power and can almost run any game on Ultra with a solid 60 fps and low thermals. Though, nearning the launch of the iPhone 15, I think the go-to phone should be the iPhone 12 now. Everything is better about it and the absolute pinnicale of what a user would want of a phone. It really doesn’t get better than the iPhone 12.

The phone was completely scratches and had caked residue on it. The charging port did not work as it should. A restocking fee was also charged for a phone that was really not as advertised.
