Problem with Speaker

People don’t hear me when they call me. I went to Best Buy they told me the iPhone has problems with the speakers. Unfortunately they can’t open the cell to fix it. This is the first time I brought a refurbished and I very disappointed.

Beyond good condition very poor, ton of scratches, should not have been re sold in this condition. Now i cant get a refund, thought it was 30 days not 15. Not happy
