For a refurbished device it came intact, and no problems. I purchased this for my son and so far no problems i believe its been about 3 months now.

The phone was received in excellent condition. No scratches and the battery life is great. I was very pleased with my purchase. Much cheaper than purchasing a new phone too.

Overall, it works great. The only thing I notice that I don’t like it's after using it for a while you can see the previous tab in the background for a while and then it goes away. Another issue I noticed is it lags a little bit if overused/ heats up but that isn’t a huge issue for me because that rarely happens. Took off a star for the previous tab showing in the background of the Home Screen, Other than that good phone.

The phone's volume faulty Also there wss a scratch at the tip end Would have returned it for another one. But it was a gift and had been sent Also.the tax and other surcharges were exorbitant The bsttery life too wasnt good enough

The iPhone 11 has superb cameras, fast performance and an excellent battery life, making it the iPhone to buy --it has a great ultra-wide camera and the New Night mode is excellent

Works just fine. I convinced my mom to upgrade from her Iphone 8 and she’s very happy. The phone looked brand new.

Problems- heats up easily and hard to cool down. One long slight scratch on screen. Love the color and clarity. Downgraded from Samsung s20 fe 5g. It works well despite scratch and heating up.

Such a great phone for the price! Practically brand new with no scratches or scuffs and works amazing!! Would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a grand on a new one!

Great phone! Definitely would say they’re a trusted seller based of my experience. And trust me I’m one of those people who are very cautious of the seller before buying and check recent and old reviews and research their legitimacy. However, the battery life wasn’t the best but that’s probably to be expected.

Worked for the first day. Until the back of the phone started getting burning hot when I would use it, so I checked the battery health which was obviously bad. The sound doesn’t work too well either, particularly when it comes to calls. The ringer fades out after 1 ring. The box it came in looks like it’s from Aliexpress or something. Also came with a non-apple certified charger.

The Best Buy website is easy to use and understand, easy to purchase and can be shipped to the store or to my home.

I’ve had this phone for almost 2 years and it still works great! It is on the older side of course but for the price I am still definitely happy with my purchase.

The iphone works great and even with this being a used phone it didn't have any scratches. One think I didn't like is that it didn't have the key to open for the sim.
