Yes, was waiting a long time to get a different phone. Nice to have something a little bit better than what I had plus it does a little bit more than the one I was used to.

Broken Microphone

“Excellent” condition arrived with a broken microphone. Customer service is the worst! Product arrived on 7/27 and hooked up the phone service on 7/29 to find out the microphone is damaged. All you hear is static coming from the person on the phone. Spoke with a Best Buy representative on 7/29 who informed me that the replacement device would be delivered to my local Best Buy on 8/7. I drove a six hour (round trip) to retrieve this device on 8/8 and exchange it, to find out that the replacement order was never actually placed. I spent hours more on the phone with different call representatives requesting to speak with supervisors to never receive a returned call to this day. I had to be connected to a supervisor through the chat feature on the Best Buy website who profusely apologized and said my only option is to return the device in store and purchase a different device that is carried in store; or to return the device with a prepaid shipping label and have the same device shipped to me 11 days later. Mind you, 1) the devices in store were relatively more expensive and 2) to do the even exchange for the same product, would have left my teen without a phone for two weeks who needs reliable phone service. We’re now outside of the 15 day return and exchange period. Very displeased with the device and customer service provided by Best Buy.
