I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and feel as if this was deceptively advertised! It looked good but came in a flimsy carboard “box”. It was unlocked (which was good) but came with a battery that already needs to be replaced - we just activated in today - 12-27-23

It has literally no other issues but I had already left the country with it in tow as a gift. So I didn't realize until too late. Please check it immediately to make sure everything works!

Unlocked and refurbished iPhone 11

Never Buy Refurbished from Best Buy Again

But Never will I buy from Best Buy again. iPhone came with screen cracked, back of the phone was cracked, and battery in poor working condition. Which I had to go to apple to get repaired.

This phone has no data at all I tried with cricket and at and t and both providers say the phone is broken. Sure it looks pretty has great storage but it is only useful if your using wifi.
