8/1/22 was the first day that I owned this iphone 11. Today is 8/10/22. I had a little problem. I needed to type in the password I use to enter my mac computer desktop wall, a different password to enter in my ipad desktop wall, and another one to enter my iphone icloud. How did I find out? I had to get into a chat with an apple computer expert, who explained to me all of those steps today. Before getting into my chat call, on 8/1/22, my Best Buy rep did a good job trying to help me get my new refurbished iphone working as fast as possible understanding that sometimes it takes time for the phone-to-phone transfer. How did I know about the transfer? I got a message from Best Buy that I needed to do the transfer preparation from my old iphone to the new iphone. I also purchased a simple iphone cover and the thickest version of the screen cover. I heard of many complaints about this iphone 11. Because of the refurbished status of my iphone, I could not purchase a warranty. Like my old iphone 6S, when used, my iphone 11 has a tendency to heat up. So far, this iphone has been working really good for me. In summary, the reason of not giving a 5-star status is because warranty can't be provided. The battery seems to be working well. Because of the well-working status, the color of this iphone becomes secondary and the function & reliability primary. I am very pleased with the condition of this iphone.

Love the form, still prefer the 11's form factor over newer ones (I like the rounded edges). Generally a decent deal from Best Buy, screen in good condition, no deep scratches. BUT, the battery is only 77% and you can't check before you buy. You would think they intake process / evaluation would be better instead of selling something that iOS immediately tells you "the battery should be replaced" I have Total Tech this year, so no restocking fee ... trying to decide between returning/buying another (rolling the dice) or waiting for the 90 day warranty to see if it gets worse. If I had to do it again, I'd probably buy renewed from Amazon as at least there is promise of battery level.

I got this phone for my brother and he loved it! I personally have the 13 but I helped by upgrading him from the iPhone 8. I hope you all give this a chance and go for it it’s worth the money

I have in the last 3years purchased several quality electronic that have not disappointed at all. One an Apple laptop for a granddaughter and another a IPhone for another granddaughter which they both loved. A television for my Sister, so when I say I luv my purchases I mean it.

My son loved it, really good phone. Battery last long charges fast, doesn't stick when moving the main screen.
