    I love the wide screen, i had the 7 before this one and much needed upgrade that’s for sure! But overall a great phone snd would recommend.

    Sold me a phone that doesn’t work. I was in the hospital for several days and could not activate the new phone. Now that I did they won’t honor the agreement so I’m out a $400 phone

    I tell all my friends to shop at Best Buy, but this time they have let me down. So disappointed that this item was not as advertised. It is refurbished. (Should have ordered directly from the manufacturer's website.) I even messaged their chat line and was explicitly told it was not preowned or refurbished. Embarrassed to give this as a gift. :(

    Don’t buy used phone or open box, they stop working immediately. I would have give a zero star if there was that option.

    Been trying everything I can for a month now to get service to work on this phone and it just doesn't. Took it to the service carrier twice, talked to Apple, now I'm stuck with a piece of garbage that doesn't work and I'm out hundreds of dollars. Don't do it!

    Unfortunately, the one I brought at Best Buy was defective. I brought it home. I charged it, but no charge light came on. After 1 & 1/2hrs, still didn't turn on. I took it back to Best Buy.
