The phone is overall good for a good price I had it for 4 years now and it’s still works. It came with a little bit of scratches on it but it was not a big deal. But when I dropped it on the floor once the flashlight and back camera stopped working, the back camera only workers on 0.5.

The phone came in good condition based off of the looks, no scratches, cracks or any visible damages. The only problem is the battery capacity it’s at 75% which is not good. The phone moves a little slow and battery dies down a little fast so the phone seems to have a few glitches nothing too major. The battery is the only problem I was a little upset, but maybe I’ll just get the battery replaced soon. Still a good phone I just think the price should’ve been lower due to the battery conditions.

Please don't misunderstand...I love the phone, but the service on the day I purchased the phone was atrocious! I was there for over 3 1/2 hours and was passed along to a total of three agents. The first was not completely trained; the second went to helpat the Geek Desk and then went to lunch; the third finally completed the sale. And that is after waiting for more than 15 minutes to have someone appear at the phone area. To say that I was not pleased with the service at Best Buy is an understatement.

For being an iPhone 11 and being outdated, it’s in great shape. It works good. It’s not slow at all and I have no complaints about it whatsoever. If you need it chief iPhone that works great get a refurbished one from Best Buy.

The product description is accurate. Shipping was prompt and overall I am very happy with Best Buy's service and product selection. I feel "safe" purchasing a phone from Best Buy compared to Craigslist or FB Marketplace. I will definitely return to Best Buy when I am searching for my next phone. Good deals!
