My son loved it, really good phone. Battery last long charges fast, doesn't stick when moving the main screen.

Poor battery. Certified does not include battery check so be careful, I recently purchased 2 refurbished certified phones and both had poor batteries. Thankfully one was under the 15 day warranty and the other did not and had to buy a new battery fir 90$. The other thing I found out is that we cannot buy a warranty from the certified phones from Geek.

It was worth paying an extra $9.99 so item could arrive the same day. The phone is pre-owned but still working fine. I have not had any issues with performance.

I purchased the 11 to replace my 8. The phone works great. I purchased a Lifeproof case on Amazon because Best Buy no longer carries them so it would fit better in my pocket. and I had that case on all my phones. The phone is about an inch longer than the 8. Pictures look good too.

Great phone. Got it for my son and he loves it. I would definitely recommend this phone.

We bought this for our son who was at college and had his previous phone broken. So this was kind of an emergency purchase for us. The phone as such is in very good condition and he was able to set it up. The issue is with the phone's microphone. My son uses airpods most of the time so he never tested the phones microphone. After a week, he realized that the microphone was not working when his airpods were out of charge. Since he was at the college, he couldn't take it to a BestBuy Store. While on fall break we took the unit to the store and they said that it is out of exchange/warranty and won't replace/fix the unit. Even though the site mentions 90 day Manufacturer Warranty for Parts and Labor, when we went to the Apple store they said the phone is not covered and has expired warranty. Now we are stuck with a phone that doesn't have a working mic. I would suggest for anyone planning to buy a refurb unit to test it thoroughly as soon as you get it so you don't end up with a semi useful phone. Pros: Fast ship/delivery of the product, phone looks new, worked out of the box. Cons: Best Buy should have checked the microphone for call quality before shipping the unit. Should say warranty not included instead of mentioning 90 day warranty.

Very good, came in in good condition, but the battery health percentage was under 80% I do recommend for any other buyers
