Very Disappointed

I purchased online and picked up at the curb. However, my device only worked for 8 months for my refurbished phone. The iPhone 11 is not accepting updates. When I called Apple support and went through various self help steps with a Senior Tech. He referred me to Best Buy. While there I was getting the same error message I was getting at home when connecting to Itunes for IOS updates. I was not offered any other options before leaving with a 8 month old IPhone 11Pro

DON’T BUY

Tried to return at store and wasn’t accepted because return policy is 15 days. Now I have a $350 brick!

We took it to get it fixed but they said there was nothing wrong. It keeps acting up and glitching and we took it to apple instead and they said the phones quality isn’t that great which confused me because when i went about buying the phone it clearly said it was in good condition.
