However, my certified purchase from Best Buy was perfect. The phone was in excellent condition, works very good and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy has some awesome phone deals and I highly recommend checking the options.

Pre-Owned iPhone 11

The screen came with minimal scratching and the battery is new. The only issue with my phone is when swiping up to display my open apps there appears to be slight fading in the display that could be water damage. However, it is not an issue when using the phone normally. Otherwise beats using my previous iPhone with dead pixels and broken FaceID and a cracked wide angle lens
