It wasn’t staying charged long so I went into the settings and found the battery life was only 77% capacity and the life of the battery was degraded. I took it back twice to Best Buy and they could not replace the battery. They had no technician there to do this and told me I could exchange for another type of IPhone (there were no IPhone 11’s available)or go to an Apple store for a battery and would be charged ,geeesh!! I ended up letting Best Buy keep the IPhone 11 ,took my SIM card with me and put it back in my little IPhone SE I’ve had for about 7 years which has 97% battery life .
