All functions are prompt and the vibrance is there, as well as the clarity. The speakers are loud too! Only downside is the 64gb memory

Terrible Customer Service!

I went back to the Abilene Tx store to ask about if there was any warranty on a broken screen, and if not, how much the screen replacement would be and the customer service girl seemed irritated to help and even offer any solution at all. I then walked over to the Geek Squad rep and at least he was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I then proceeded to find another location to fix the screen. I learned a valuable lesson though, pay the extra money and get refurbished products. The Best Buy website could be more descriptive of refurbished versus used differences.
