What a disappointment

Beware refurbish means no good. You still pay with your food money however… I called 3 times to report the issue with the speaker not working and no help they just keep forwarding my call last time the rep said a supervisor would reach out to me I am still waiting 2 weeks. So disappointed…

Terrible Mic

Sold me a non working phone

Refurbished, not new

So disappointed that this item was not as advertised. It is refurbished. (Should have ordered directly from the manufacturer's website.) I even messaged their chat line and was explicitly told it was not preowned or refurbished. Embarrassed to give this as a gift. :(
