This phone works like it’s brand new! I bought it to drive with Uber since my other phone is a text/call only phone, and it’s matched exactly what I needed for ridesharing. It doesn’t overheat as much as my older iPhone 8, and it keeps on going through the night. Honestly, I would refer anyone to a used iPhone 11/12 since they are $200-$300 for low storage. Not a bad deal for how well it performs.

I am very pleased with this pre-owned reconditioned IPhone 1 which I purchased after I lost my phone. The price was right, and the service was great. I added a screen saver which Best Buy installed and purchased a pink protector so hopefully I wouldn’t lose it.

I am tired of paying too much money for NEW any smartphone. I've never owned anything used and always paid a full price for the cellphone. This time around, I decided to give a pre-owned phone a try and hope for the best. Even though the rating on the site scared me at first, then I decided to by this iPhone 11 just for a change. I couldn't be happier for the price I paid for used phone. I do recommend anyone to try it out before you buy another new smartphone.

Great phone! I’m not the type of guy that needs a brand new electronic, so I typically purchase refurbished phones from Best Buy. I’ve done it twice. First, the iPhone X, then an iPhone 11. The first one malfunctioned due to dropping it several times, not because of any technical error. I recommend that if you’re on the frugal side like me, or cannot afford a new phone and need to make the best of it, Best Buy is reliable in providing good quality refurbished iPhones.

IPHONE 8 is very easy to use. Geek Squad set up everything for an additional fee, but well worth the time and trouble to do it yourself.
