    I bought this iPhone for my husband because his Galaxy Note 10 screen had a massive spiderweb crack and was unusable. Switching from Android to Apple was easy. The iPhone had two tiny surface scratches near the top right corner but they did not impact the use of the phone itself. I was skeptical buying a phone online without having it in hand, but I would definitely purchase this phone again. Shipping was delayed by one day but I think it was because of UPS issues, not Best Buy. No issues with our carrier either (AT&T). Its been a month since we purchased this phone and so far there have been no issues!
