FaceTime microphone doesn’t work adequately, it’s extremely low. I bought the phone for my son for FaceTime purposes but I can’t hear my son whenever we’re on the phone. It doesn’t come with a warranty so I’m not able to exchange or get it fixed. However customer service was great.

The phone seems to work fine, but the screen is all scratched up. I wish I would’ve known I’d be receiving a $400+ phone with scratches all over it. I get it’s preowned but darn… really disappointing.

This hone works great and the cost savings are a big plus. Anyone with young adults knows the phones get trashed pretty often. Great Customer service and great phone.

IPhone 11 is working the only thing is i am not able to transfer my files from old phone to new phone. Having technical difficulties.

ridiculous this is now the second phone i have received that has a battery life below 80% (which apple recommends battery replacement) the FIRST order i received the battery was at 75% -- with going into bestbuy and associate agreeing thats not acceptable took the phone that was delivered just that day now needing to reorder.... week later, re-ordered phone arrived with 79% TODAY - what in the actual F. if yall cant send a phone with greater then 80% battery then just say that but then offer a discount so i can take the phone i ordered to apple and get the dang thing replaced myself... or yall offer to send it to apple and get the battery replaced either way no phone sold should be a SERVICE attached to it... now i'll be sending also an email because now im irritated to accept something just because it was better then the last one.

No issues decent buy. Was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she likes it.

Good for the price. A little less memory than would like but can make it work. Would recommend if you have an iphone older than this and looking for one.

Spent several hours at Avon Ohio Best Buy setting up this phone Kyle was super helpful cuz it kept getting stuck… but good news is it works for what I need small ding by camera but it doesn’t effect anything
