I haven’t had it but a week. Hope it turns out to be good. The assistant at the store was great. He helped me stay in my budget and a fast delivery.

Excellent product so far no issues found small screen scratches that’s it

Have only had the phone for one week and it is an upgrade from an iphone 6s. Definitely new things to learn, but all in all it's an easy shift. Phone is refurbished with a few scratches and seems to be in good working order.

Great phone still today I’m using it the battery work very well I don’t wanna change it.

Was on 12/23/23 ordered online and thankfully I was able to pick up the next day. I was real impressed with the accuracy and quality of service. Everyone was very friendly.

The iPhone had the entire casing and screen scratched. Battery at 65% percent life. And finally, I let two weeks pass because I had to leave and the guarantee was only 15 days. Can you believe it, when any product has a minimum of 30 days, I am very dissatisfied.

The clerk was absolutely wonderful. So helpful in choosing the phone. I am not tech smart so was enjoyable to have her share her knowledge with me.

Nice phone some of the features do not work as they should the gentlemen that sold us the phone did not disclose that the phone was used and it runs as if it has been used

Is to be expected for a used phone not all functions work properly but I guess that’s what you get when you buy used

I thougth this was a great bargain. Feel lucky to get it at local store.

Still currently use this phone and it does it’s job but 2 days out the store I dropped it ONE FOOT off the ground and now my camera is basically unusable :( Apple items are always so fragile.

The IPHONE 11 works great and was unlocked to any carrier. I was happy with the phone.

My Grandma loves this phone i got it for her for her 80th Bday present. She had the 6plus and it was about to give out. So glad she loves her new phone!

We charge the phone and battery don’t last waisted money had to buy a new one
