    I purchased this phone on June 20th for my grandson and 31 days later it was no longer working. I can no longer return it. You would think spending almost $500 on a phone, it would at least make it 90 days! My grandson is so disappointed and I cannot afford to buy him a new one.

    I bought the refurbished iphone 11 online, since it was used I thought that it would come with some scratches, but I was amazed that it had no scratches on the screen or anywhere on the phone, the phone comes with a lightning charger.

    externally the condition is like new but the battery condition is about 80% relative to new. I hope it will last for a few more years
