Really nice product !!! Had good luck in purchasing this phone

My Purchase was seamless. I purchased online and picked up at the curb. However, my device only worked for 8 months for my refurbished phone. The iPhone 11 is not accepting updates. When I called Apple support and went through various self help steps with a Senior Tech. He referred me to Best Buy. While there I was getting the same error message I was getting at home when connecting to Itunes for IOS updates. I was not offered any other options before leaving with a 8 month old IPhone 11Pro

There wasn’t any flaws with the phone and shipping was amazing. Pricing also wasn’t that bad either. Only flaw was you had to update it as soon as you turn it on.

I DO NOT recommend any purchase from them when it comes to pre-owned or refurbished. Product looks nice from the outside but crapped out five months of having it and their geek squad couldn’t do nothing about it. I considered this purchase a lost cost. Never again!

I bought the iPhone 11 128g and the microphone is not working good. You need to be sure all work good before you delivered to the customer. I never come to buy against….

Battery was in very bad shape operating at 71% capacity. Phone speaker did not work.

Phone worked for three weeks and then stopped charging and does not turn on. Tried to return at store and wasn’t accepted because return policy is 15 days. Now I have a $350 brick!

The phone wouldnt charge and was always dead. They said it was due to recent updates and apparently theres no point in buyin "older models" because with updates they will stop working and theres nothing they can do to fix it. They also cannot remove any updates that cause this problem.

Awful experience! Phone was fine unil sim started not working. My carrier said the phone was blacklisted as stolen. This happened 7 months after purchase. Have appt today with Geek Squad. Not sure what they can do. I will never buy used again!

Phone has not worked since we purchased it. Cant hear without putting the speaker on

Satisfied w/iPhone 11 BUT had a problem w/info transfers. My current contacts were not transferred accurately . I had to re-do all contacts!

Has a battery life of 72 I don’t recommend I buy it for 350 dls

I purchased this for Christmas just a week or two ago and this speaker is now not working

Got this phone for my daughter. And she cant even make a phone call where the person on the other end hears her. Its a bunch of loud static.

We got the phone about two months ago and it was fine until it started glitching and acting crazy days after getting it. We took it to get it fixed but they said there was nothing wrong. It keeps acting up and glitching and we took it to apple instead and they said the phones quality isn’t that great which confused me because when i went about buying the phone it clearly said it was in good condition.

Not a good choice for easy activation , don't buy .
