    It's a nice phone, but it's a tad too big and bulky. Lots of drops and you may have to get a new phone holder to hold it. I went from an iPhone 6 to the 11. Dropped it a couple times since I purchased it 3 months ago, now there is a line on my screen. Super annoying seeing as how I have a case and screen protector on it.

    I purchased the 11 to replace my 8. The phone works great. I purchased a Lifeproof case on Amazon because Best Buy no longer carries them so it would fit better in my pocket. and I had that case on all my phones. The phone is about an inch longer than the 8. Pictures look good too.

    The whole process was easy! I did pick up at store option, becsuse i was in need a phone, and am impatient with new stuff like this. everything i was seeing was 2-3 days out, not at best buy, they had this ready to go! (refurbished) (like new) section and same day pick up! I jumped! Love it!

    Great Condition refurbished phone. No issues. We needed a reasonable phone for my daughter at the last minute before a field trip. The iPhone refurbished has had no issues. Battery life seems to be great . It was nice to be able to pick up immediately instead of wait for shipping from other options
