I like the phone but charge isn’t lasting as long as I would like.

Battery life critical. Almost useless. The counter sales led me to believe it was either a new battery when it was refurbished or it was functional.

I was looking for a new iPhone for my wife to replace the one she had. We purchased a pre-owned and she loves the phone.

when not even given the chance to know whats wrong with the phone you know already theres a red flag. phone screen has a glitch on it that needs to be fixed and wasnt mentioned and the lady on the phone lied saying it didnt have any scratches and was almost new yet that wasnt the case and the phone did have scratches and nicks of the metal around the side and 2 hard scratches on the screen. the battery life was at 77 persent and it was a little expected but still they told me that wasnt the case but i couldnt check it out at all untill after i bought he phone. even after i got the phone they charge you 45 dollors to return it if anything is wrong witch doesnt make sense and just shows that they themselves arent sure eother woether what you are buying is good. if you want an iphone 11 dont bother asking them whats wrong with the phone as they will not actually know and will lie.

I am very happy with my new pre owned iPhone 11. It's just like a brand new phone and having no issues with it. A brand new phone was out of my price range.

I am a first time iPhone user. So far everything has been great, wish I would of switched over sooner.

I needed a phone ASAP NO ROCKY, used but no cracks or scratches, low price anddd!!!! The battery life is still at 87! Thats a steal! I recommend if u knew a phone real quick and if u cant care about the iphone numbers

Grabbed this for my daughter it being her first iPhone. She loves it!

Looked like new, and didn’t see a single scratch, although I wish it had a better battery health since I got it at 82% health.

I’m pre paid with Verizon so I purchased an IPhone 11 (certified) and it was sold to me at the store without the life of the battery being checked. It wasn’t staying charged long so I went into the settings and found the battery life was only 77% capacity and the life of the battery was degraded. I took it back twice to Best Buy and they could not replace the battery. They had no technician there to do this and told me I could exchange for another type of IPhone (there were no IPhone 11’s available)or go to an Apple store for a battery and would be charged ,geeesh!! I ended up letting Best Buy keep the IPhone 11 ,took my SIM card with me and put it back in my little IPhone SE I’ve had for about 7 years which has 97% battery life .

So far the phone has worked great I’ve had it for over a year now and it’s worked great

The item i bought was perfect even if it was pre owned. Works perfectly and the price was good.
