Poor quality and warranty service. Don't do it!

The first phone developed a black line across it within a few weeks of using it. It was too late to return, but was under a 90-day warranty with some third party. The only way to get a replacement was to send them the phone--at my expense--then wait for them to inspect it and send another back. So that process was ~2 weeks. I just got the replacement phone. Opened the box. There are very obvious scratches on the screen! I paid for an "excellent" condition phone.

Great but overpriced

The $419 price tag for a used phone 3 gens old is a bit much. We were in a hurry to obtain a replacement for a list phone and if wed wanted to wait a week I could have paid half. But our decision and we were glad you had one. Also not disclosed on the online listing was a small screen crack. And did not come with a SIM card. But the phone works great and mostly looks great.
