Generally I was satisfied with this previously owned iPhone. I liked that I could pick it up the same day as I purchased it, as I had a small window of time to get it. The price seemed fair until opened and inspected it and found multiple scratches on the glass! I had purchased it as a gift and did not have the luxury of returning it as I was leaving the country in a few days. When I tried to connect to someone in the store where I bought it, I was told multiple times that I was not allowed to talk to anyone in the store, only the international customer service line. The teen who got the phone was gracious but I was embarrassed and disappointed for her, and angry with my buying experience from Best Buy. Guess it pays to have Amazon Prime in these situations. Could have returned and got a new one within a day...

I love my iPhone 11 I purchased. It was a very good deal compared to other places. No problem in getting it activated. Great customer service in store.

Our experience was really good the worker who helped us was really helpful and nice and how he tried to help us get our Best Buy card account information back really helped us and phone was in great condition and definitely coming back agin.

Phone came with a scratch on the back and de battery health is 82%, and on the comment that I saw about what’s the battery health before buying was 100%. Besides that it’s okay for now.
