    Bought the phone after I broke my 16, I didn’t have insurance so I got a pre owned phone. They offered me the service plan and I declined, I really only needed it a couple of months till I get a new one. Change of plans, it stopped working after 12 days…

    My family bought my sister an iphone. First onr had a defective camera in which the camera app showed black cracks. IPhone was returned for a replacement and that one had a complete camera failure in which I had to open it and replace the part myself.
