Sold me a non working phone

I was in the hospital for several days and could not activate the new phone. Now that I did they won’t honor the agreement so I’m out a $400 phone

So disappointed that this item was not as advertised. It is refurbished. (Should have ordered directly from the manufacturer's website.) I even messaged their chat line and was explicitly told it was not preowned or refurbished. Embarrassed to give this as a gift. :(

Have Best Buy Make Sure It Works Before You Leave

I brought it home. I charged it, but no charge light came on. After 1 & 1/2hrs, still didn't turn on. I took it back to Best Buy.
