Since i gave it to my daughter for her 11th birthday, the phone has been functioning beautifully well. The funniest part is that she is now her mom's camera girl. Lol

Understaffed and just dont care

I was there for over 3 1/2 hours and was passed along to a total of three agents. The first was not completely trained; the second went to helpat the Geek Desk and then went to lunch; the third finally completed the sale. And that is after waiting for more than 15 minutes to have someone appear at the phone area. To say that I was not pleased with the service at Best Buy is an understatement.

It came with a little bit of scratches on it but it was not a big deal. But when I dropped it on the floor once the flashlight and back camera stopped working, the back camera only workers on 0.5.
