The phone came in good condition physically. The box had a big hole in it but the phone wasn’t damaged from what I’ve seen. Great phone and besides the box damage and it being a generic box not the original, great purchase.

this was a great iphone we got from Best Buy. We always worry if we are getting a good used phone, but Best Buy is a trusted place to shop for used iphones.

This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.

Purchased a Pre-Owned iPhone 12 5G 128GB to replace my daughter's broken iPhone 12. Despite BestBuy's pricing being about $100 more expensive, I decided to purchase from BestyBuy expecting higher quality than other vendors. When charging the unit at home, the message pops up that there's water damage. Instead of the 5G logo, the LTE logo shows on the top.
