    This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.

    Preowned, but in great condition. Staff was friendly and patient while he showed me actual phone sizes. I am happy with my selection. I haven't used the camera enough to judge its quality.

    Purchased a Pre-Owned iPhone 12 5G 128GB to replace my daughter's broken iPhone 12. Despite BestBuy's pricing being about $100 more expensive, I decided to purchase from BestyBuy expecting higher quality than other vendors. When charging the unit at home, the message pops up that there's water damage. Instead of the 5G logo, the LTE logo shows on the top.
