    I picked up my phone and the geek guy helped me transfer my info. I had no sound for a few hours. Still not connected to my car and it took me over 3 hours on the phone with Apple support to make my phone operational.

    I am really enjoying my I PHONE! i have avoided all smart phones for the last 8 or more years. I now am finally realizing how amazing and versatile they are. But, it surely takes lots of study and learning to operate them. One step at a time. Then the light comes on and things start making sense.

    Already needing to replace its battery, because these pre-owned phones are not fully refurbished, unlike ones I would get at Apple or Verizon. Purchased phone because my old one had a severely degraded battery. Extremely disappointed. The phone is also very scratched up along its edges. Will not buy pre-owned from BestBuy again.

    It’s a great phone I got with no cracks or scratches the charger they provide works super fast and the battery life is not bad at all it literally feels like a brand new iPhone
