    Already needing to replace its battery, because these pre-owned phones are not fully refurbished, unlike ones I would get at Apple or Verizon. Purchased phone because my old one had a severely degraded battery. Extremely disappointed. The phone is also very scratched up along its edges. Will not buy pre-owned from BestBuy again.

    The used iPhone purchased was exactly as described. The screen was in perfect shape. No really noticeable blemishes on the phone. It was in perfect working order. Battery holding up good so far. Very happy with this purchase.

    I picked up my phone and the geek guy helped me transfer my info. I had no sound for a few hours. Still not connected to my car and it took me over 3 hours on the phone with Apple support to make my phone operational.
