The equipment was more damaged than I thought, and there was no way to know that beforehand. But what disappoints me the most is Best Buy's service. They didn't help me with anything. They even told me that there was no warranty on this purchase, which I expected, but I asked them if we could turn it on together in case there was a problem. They refused to help me even with that. It's the same experience as bought it on the street at a higher price.

It was for my daughter. She loves it so much. I recommended to my friends to get one too when they need it because they look like they’re so new like I’m the first one that got it

Handy little phone with all the computing I could ever need. Never mind that it’s several models lower than the latest ones, have no need for anything else.

This phone was bought as a replacement for my old phone that broke, which happened to be the same phone, just different color. Looking at the other reviews I was skeptical about purchasing it, but I had to take the risk considering I didn’t have much money and I needed a new phone. But this phone blew away my expectations. My other phone was a little janky from the start, and I got it from a friend who purchased it from brand new and took care of her stuff. This thing runs like it’s brand new.

Use this as a second phone! I've used iPhones from the very start and always loved it! I don't use all its features but those I use I am pretty much satisfied! It's a mini computer on my hands that I use everyday!
