    For being pre owned, i was hnder the impression that ut underwent vigorous testing and examination. However, when i opened up the box, my eyes went right to two little chips of paint missing. Then upon diggjng further, the battery condition is “needs service” and max charge is 79%. Somewhat disappointed, and havent decided if i’ll exchange it for a different one.

    I purchased this phone because they said it is in excellent condition but it is almost all time frozen and the battery will last less than 2 hours only to use google navigation, I made mistake because need to bring it back to the store same day when I purchased it.

    We are having trouble with the phone being very slow and every time u leave it on charge charge to charge it gets hot and it comes up and says temperature overheating don’t know if it’s something with the phone or what
