I’ve used this phone for a few months now and haven’t had any problems. It runs like new, but the battery does drain a little bit fast.

Wanted to purchase a used phone for teenage son. Decided to purchase from Best Buy as it was covered under my total protection plan instead of purchasing insurance through wireless carrier. Wish it came in a box that felt more “New” as this was a gift. Phone was in great condition. Also- did not like how refurbished/ preowned phones are not on the floor. You have the request the exact phone and cannot browse. This is frustrating because you have no ability to see options without someone going in the back and bringing them out. They should have a display for preowned/ refurbished phones instead of it being a secret. They have open box items out so not sure why they do this.

Battery life is very low. Everything else is good, though!

Husband didn’t want to upgrade but was having a lot of issues with his old one so this was the best option! He went from a 7 to this 12! Quite the jump for him!

Works well. In good condition. It seems larger than I thought it would. It’s replacing a 12 mini and doesn’t fit in places as easily. It’s easier to use with my big fingers.

Couple scratches but well worth it! Works good. No problems!
