Pre owned is always great with Best Buy’s guarantee. I’ve purchased multiple iPhones that were pre owned and never had any issues plus it’s a great deal! iPhone 12 runs great for my teen and the camera is still a great quality.

This is my first time purchasing a used phone. It is actually in good condition. The only downside is that I cannot purchase extra insurance or geek on the unit. But it does have 1 year with apple care, so I guess its ok. But I'am satisfied with my purchase.

Replaced my wife's iPhone 7+. Looks great with no noticeable wear. Easily transferred everything from the 7+. Swapped in the Sim card and we're off and running. We wife reports that it seem much faster than her old phone. Apple goodness at a reasonable price.
