Bough refurbished and was in immaculate condition has worked perfectly with ZERO problems

Phone was pre owned but in great condition would recommend.

The cosmetics are super clean. Everything is entirely functional. The battery health was 84% though when it came and within 10 days it has dropped to 82%.

This phone was bought as a replacement for my old phone that broke, which happened to be the same phone, just different color. Looking at the other reviews I was skeptical about purchasing it, but I had to take the risk considering I didn’t have much money and I needed a new phone. But this phone blew away my expectations. My other phone was a little janky from the start, and I got it from a friend who purchased it from brand new and took care of her stuff. This thing runs like it’s brand new.

I couldn't tell this was pre-owned it was in such good condition. Also, it came with a charger which was such a pleasant surprise. I totally recommend buying refurbished instead!

Phone was a great value as a replacement for an IPhone 11.

Product came in perfect condition. Customer service was amazing, there was a mistake on the account where i was charged twice but they handled is expeditiously. Im not a paid nor compensated customer. This is real. I am beyond satisfied!

It’s a great phone. It’s easy to setup and easy to use. iPhone 12 it’s fast and doesn’t slow down at all. I love Best Buy because they have everything I needed. If they don’t have anything in stock just order it online and it’s fast shipping.

You'd think for 300+ it'd have a some good battery life left on it but for excellent conditoion i only get 72% left. The case is scratch free but screen does have wear.
