I broke my iphone 16 and got this iphone 12 as a replacement and it works pretty much the same as my 16 minus a few apple features obviously. Works great and has great battery.

Bought this phone for my grandmother! She is in love with it and isn’t giving her any problems. She loves the color and it was a big upgrade from her iPhone 8 Plus I bought her. 10/10.

Looks and performs just like a brand new phone! Has most all of the features as an iPhone 13, 14 and 15.

Use this as a second phone! I've used iPhones from the very start and always loved it! I don't use all its features but those I use I am pretty much satisfied! It's a mini computer on my hands that I use everyday!

The equipment was more damaged than I thought, and there was no way to know that beforehand. But what disappoints me the most is Best Buy's service. They didn't help me with anything. They even told me that there was no warranty on this purchase, which I expected, but I asked them if we could turn it on together in case there was a problem. They refused to help me even with that. It's the same experience as bought it on the street at a higher price.

When I got this phone, it was brand new still in the original case with the seal on it everything was there excellent condition I don’t think it has ever been used

It was a good price, I needed it for work. My one complaint was that I couldn’t open it to look at the phone to see if it was damaged. Luckily they let me exchange the first one I got because it was super scratched up
