    I am very happy with my purchase of the pre-owned I phone 12 from Best Buy. Best Buy guarantees that I will be satisfied with my purchase or my money back. I also have a warranty plan thru Best Buy as a member. I go no where else for my product when purchasing Apple items.

    Good condition but battery life percentage was at the percentage to replace battery have to charge it more thru the day doesn’t last all day and I am not a game or video watcher.

    My S10E was dying and my wife wanted my phone to be the same as hers but AT&T didn't have it and recommended Best Buy. Brilliant! The service was terrific! Eric transferred everything to the new phone and paired the phone with my Ipad. I couldn't be happier!!!!

    Unfortunately, I bought the phone to give to my girlfriend, I sent it by USPS mail and the mail threw the phone away, I couldn't enjoy it for a second. :( ..Pay more than $500 it would be great to get this prize
