    The phone was in good shape no scratches no cracks, but the battery life on this phone is gone, it takes for ever to charge, the battery drains super fast and if I even get my phone to answer a text message when it’s charging my battery will drain instead of charge, very disappointing for $400 thumbs down for me…

    The refurbished phone worked without any issues. However I did see some areas where tiny bit of glue squeezed out between the case and screen. Barely noticeable though.

    The phone last only a few months the screen is completely full of lines and turn pink the phone had no water or any damage I guess big mistake I ll never buy a refurbished again. Waste of money

    Really can't tell it is a refurb phone.Easy to order, easy to buy, easy to just go in and pick up. No pressure sale like you get at the cell phone store. Just had to switch the SD card and bam the new phone worked.
