I purchased this iPhone in the last 1-2 months and it has worked well without any major issues so far. There were a few dings in the phone but that’s to be expected since it is pre-owned. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is the phone not ringing when called. I haven’t been able to fix it yet but found a work around for now until I can bring it somewhere to have it looked at. Overall happy with the phone.

The price of the pre-owned phone really made it affordable at a time when we really couldn't afford a new phone. And it works so well. And the Best Buy guy (whatever you call your employees) really knew the product. I really trusted what he told me.

The staff were great in recommending something reliable and compact. I'm not really a fan of Apple products, but this phone has all the bsic functions and has lasted me as long as I have needed so far.

Excellent for what you’re getting for price. With this quality I would expect it to be 1000$. Although the no home button takes getting used to, and the battery doesn’t seem as good as the SE 3. The screen resolution and refresh rate is definitely noticeable, along with performance.

Phone is just as described on the Best Buy Website, apart from a crack on the screen. overall in great shape for a refurbished Pre-Owned iPhone.

Performance-wise, the phone is very fast and responsive. I can switch between apps without lag, and gaming runs smoothly. The battery life lasts me a full day with regular use, and charging is quick.
