    I broke my iphone 16 and got this iphone 12 as a replacement and it works pretty much the same as my 16 minus a few apple features obviously. Works great and has great battery.

    The equipment was more damaged than I thought, and there was no way to know that beforehand. But what disappoints me the most is Best Buy's service. They didn't help me with anything. They even told me that there was no warranty on this purchase, which I expected, but I asked them if we could turn it on together in case there was a problem. They refused to help me even with that. It's the same experience as bought it on the street at a higher price.
