    The phone looks and acts as if it was brand new. It took some work to get it fully operational but, fortunately, I had some professional help as I could not d it on my own (not that iPhone literate).

    Absolutely amazing service and understanding when something isn’t exactly as it turns out. I ended up getting a open box iPhone that was cracked upon opening, they took it back no problem and reported the issue to their managers.
