Good deal phone works good and employees are very helpful and having me set it up I needed a new phone since I slammed mine in the trunk and broke it in half

We always purchase our phones pre-owned from Best Buy. They last us for YEARS without any problems and we just upgrade when after 3-4 years, they start to run slow. Definitely worth the price and convenience.

The phone was sold to me unlocked but when I hooked my xfinity they had me call them. They told me that the phone wasn't compatible with them. That would prove that the phone is not unlocked right well whenever I went to take it back to Best Buy they had such a hard time returning it I had my receipt I had my original form of payment I had everything and they couldn't give me another iPhone 12 they didn't have anything cheaper so they wanted me to give them $100 to get something that they had the next up of it was a really hard situation it sucks it got me mad I ended up getting a phone through them I ended up getting another 12 to them they ended up having one at the store but they kept me there for about an hour and a half trying to figure out what they're going to do they had me thinking there for a minute that they were not going to do anything so who cares if I win $400 for this review it already costed me almost $400 just because the fact the sold me a message up phone.

The iPhone 12 is working great. Nothing is wrong calls and FaceTime call work I got good deal on it I recommend someone to go buy iPhone if they want a deal to go bestbuy

O got one for my father and another one for my daughter and they have not complained about it. Yes they have previous use marks but nothing to bad just put a nice case on it and one no has to know it’s a pre owned phone

Phone could have been a lower price. Phone was dirty around the camera lens

You wouldn’t even know if it’s used. Needed the ios update but other than that the phone is brand new.

I bought this phone and I ask the sales rep to test the item for me, and he said that it was already tested. I trusted him and left the country the next day. To my surprise the phone wouldn’t hold a charge, I had to pay another &400 dollars to have it fix. Worst sales rep ever.

I like when I buy from Best Buy iPhone or iPad because they are cheaper than other and they make it easy when they expect payment
