Had this phone for almost 6 months and it runs perfectly. It’s amazing for the price never once had any issues with anything!!! Very trust worthy.

Unfortunately, I bought the phone to give to my girlfriend, I sent it by USPS mail and the mail threw the phone away, I couldn't enjoy it for a second. :( ..Pay more than $500 it would be great to get this prize

The refurbished iPhone 12 arrived with noticeable cosmetic flaws, which I expected to some extent. However, after just one month, the charging port began to malfunction, making it difficult to charge reliably. My S10E was dying and my wife wanted my phone to be the same as hers but AT&T didn't have it and recommended Best Buy. Brilliant! The service was terrific! Eric transferred everything to the new phone and paired the phone with my Ipad. I couldn't be happier!!!!

I bought this phone on 3/22 and it stopped charging on 4/28. As a total tech member, I brought it in to be fixed but they were not able to correct it or replace it as the warranty goes through Apple which starts on the original date of purchase for the phone bought new and not used. So if anything goes wrong with the phone you buy, you are screwed. I would definitely 5 star the Geek Squad staff and manager who spent over an hour trying to help me fix the phone. So it’s bad luck that the phone went bad as these are not certified only “checked” to be functional. The phone worked fine for those four weeks. Learning lesson for me not to buy used from Best Buy as it’s not covered by any protection against faulty equipment and now I’m out the money I spent.
