Very poor quality for the price tag hope it would have been better.. I would still appriciate if I can get any help regarding this.

Non working and damage !

Worst thing is I was also charged extra from the carrier so ended up wasting more money ! , don’t buy pre owed phones from Best Buy !

Faulty Phone

It looked to be ok, but I don't get a lot of incoming calls and I realized several days later that the phone wasn't ringing for incoming calls. Then, I realized the action key on the upper left side of the phone is nonfunctional. Buyer beware. Apple has refurbished phones that they will actually check for functionality before sending them to you. Sure, they are more expensive - but it isn't worth the risk to go through Best Buy.

Lesson learned

Since most teenagers do not make phone calls but mostly text, we did not realize that the voice quality on a phone call is horrible!! Didn't know this for 3 months after purchase. Now we are stuck with it. I'm giving 2 stars because it does everything else just fine.
